hi I just found out that I have high triglyercides and some high cholestrol (cholestrol) is not that high out of 200 mine is at 201 not to worried about it but the triglyecides ldl,s are at 248 above the 150 as before.. I need to find out what kinds of fruits I can have to eat.. as this is new to me..
