Hi, my name is Tiffany and I've been an active member of SparkPeople for a year as of tomorrow (yay!). I started out at 136 lbs and am in maintenance (119-123 generally). I do cardio 6x a week (usually running/jogging, but sometimes workout dvds, the elliptical, or stationary bike depending on my mood) and I try to do strength training three times a week. I enjoy working out, most of the time :). Anyway, I'm new to this team and wanted to introduce myself!
