your emoticon YuL. You have done Leslie Sansone since 2009 you know it is like. I read an article today that a Lady did 1 mile/day 5 days a week and lost 5 lbs in 1 week. No quite sure that is possible....don't think 5 mile/week will burn 12500 calories. But the point is you can loose weight using the tapes.

Hi YuL and emoticon to our team. The first thing I would recomment you to do is try to eat better and if you any of the video tapes use them and try to get yourself motivated. I hear that a lot from people that are overweight I would rather watch tv than do video tapes. But sometimes there is a point in your life when you have to choose. This is the day you chose to make your life better. We will be behind you and if just need someone to talk to write us or put a message and I will respond back to you and try to help you. I am glad that you chose to join our team. Look around the site and see what all you do with it and see how easy it is to use. You can count your calories, track your exercise, and so much more. Enjoy yourself!

I'm YuL from Brunei.

Been a WAH ( Walk At Home ) members since 2009.Now I'm here =)

I used to weight 110lbs and didn't realized until recently that I've gained so much extra pounds when I was studying in college.Tried to kick off the extra pounds but never stayed long because I'm lack of motivation. I hope I'll get some here and achieve my dreams by the end of this year
