I've been a member of Spark People for almost a year now, and I'm just now introducing myself, I have some anxiety and depression issues, so I was kind of leary about posting, but I think it's time to start living. I was diagnosed with Diabetes a few months back and decided it's time to start doing something about my health and weight. I've lost 25 lbs so far, and hope to keep progressing and not back slide, as I'm trying to reach a goal of 115 lbs lost. Somedays my motivator doesn't want to work, so I'm hoping to find a few spark friends who can relate and give me a motivational nudge every now and then, and help keep me focused on my goal.
