I am new to this too, diagnosed 3 weeks ago. My difficulty is in trying to make all the changes I need to make in a quick amount of time. There is so much I need to learn.....AND I do not want to disrupt my family too much! emoticon

Hi- Welcome !!! Im new to Diabetes- only 1 month since Diagnosis. This team has been SOOOO helpful ! emoticon

Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense. - Emerson

Hello everyone. I am not new to diabetes, but I am new to finally accepting it. For the last year I have refused to accept it or even take the medication. But within the last few months I now have high cholesterol and liver problems. I guess it is time to face to facts and do something about all this. So here I am a 32 year old single mom of one who needs a little support along the way.
