Hello Mama_Picante, welcome to this Spark team. I touch base here sometimes but focus on nutrition and specific allergy type of teams to send out my own questions. They are more active with quick turn around answer time. My current favorite is the Natural Remedies Natural Health team.
I am not a pro so that question is as vague as any answer you might get. My suggestion would be to get a naturopathic nutritionist to guide the best selection of techniques and food choices that may best suit your unique diet needs.
We can support but not advise. Weight Watchers is sound but with your possible allergies that were not clearly explained in your question any direct specific ideas cannot be mentioned.
You are free to choose teams to join. This one is short one powerful and influential daily leader. Maybe on another more active team this direction of facts you request can be given wise ideas. When a food is removed it is good to have an alternative food to replace it and or a the very least a supplement to account for missing nutrition that was once satisfied in that lost allergen food you no longer eat.

Hi everyone! I am about to turn 53. I am a single woman with multiple problems! I found this group while searching for help here in sparks and I am excited! I need a diet that will work me with losing weight (of course) and with my food allergies/sensitivities. I need a diet that that is low or no in wheat (is yeast or gluten related? because sometimes I think it is more the yeast than gluten), sugar and dairy.
