I've been a part of spark for a while now, coming and going as needed. I have been lactose intolerant for about 2 years now and just also found out I'm allergic to soy. If I thought it was bad w/ no milk products, it's going to be even worse now. =( I read through some of the other Intros and saw that a lot of you have many more allergies than me, but please know I am sympathetic!
Has anyone tried the Whole30 approach or Paleo diet? I think that is next on our list. My husband is 6'7" so I have to make hearty food for him, while also avoiding milk & soy products.
