Thank you for the support...I also don't like soy or teryaki sauces...I am really hard to cook for...I have more foods I dislike than ones I am allergic too.

Try cooking your favorite meat(my family likes chicken) then adding a bag of frozen peppers and onions. Splash with soy sauce and yum! The reason pizza or salad may be bothering you is the hidden corn ingredients. Salad dressings can have vinegar (white) is made from corn. As for pizza, check the crust and sauce.

I have a number of food allergies and also a number of foods I do not like to eat for flavor or texture reasons...there are times I feel like I can't eat much at all, then I have had stomach issues for the past couple of years since I had my gallbladder removed. Some foods or combinations of foods bloat me up like a pig.

I have been struggling for years to eat without sending my body into fatigue and multiple other symptoms which wear me down and make me unmotivated.

Allergic: All cows milk products, bananas, peanuts, corn

Dislike: Pineapple, oatmeal/hot cereals, all fish (though I like crustaceans), nuts, brussel sprouts, liver, and the list goes on...

Seem to be having trouble with: pizza, mushrooms, salads (sometimes), and a couple more I can't think of right now...
