Thank you! Revamping recipies have been interesting. Baking has been the biggest failure in that regard, some others, especially soups, not so bad. Sometimes, great, actually. That has been the most successful thing so far. I tried to make these apple muffins I found in Living Without. They were awful. Greasy rocks....lol.

I've read about the rotation diet thet girleegril wrote about below before. It sounds interesting, but I haven't tried it out. I found it in an allergy cookbook: www.amazon.com/The-Complete-Food-All er gy-Cookbook/dp/0761509615 It has a lot of tips for revamping recipes to accommodate your allergies and walks you through the process with a few examples.

You might stay allergic to all that food forever. Stay away from it for a minimum of 3 months, then try a little amount one time every 4 days. There's a science behind the 4 day rotation things. I'm allergic to just about everything according to the allergy test i've had. I've had to go through this system for 2 years. And what you're allergic to now you won't be later and then you're allergic to new stuff. This is all so frustrating but if go against this system I know it! Good luck; it gets easier
