I use a naturopath who uses muscle testing to check allergies/what I need for my body and not, and also uses the blood type Diet. I am a Type A and should be mostly vegan. No milk, wheat, nitrates, and there is something in Jam. No Soy - estrogen dominant, which puts a crimp on proteins. Looking for some casserole recipes, as I feel like I eat a lot of salads, whole grains/not wheat, but feel like I need some "comfort food". Any suggestions on Gluten Free cookbooks. Have a couple of recipes with popcorn cookies and muffins I will post today if I figure out how to post them.
