Have you ruled out any chemical residue on the foods? A friend has MCS, multiple chemical allergy, and found that sometimes it was not the food but it was the chemicals on the outside or the peel that she was sensitive to. She found using green, non-fragrance cleaning products and techniques relieved a lot of her symptoms. She also has difficulty with mainstream processed foods and switched to the organic stores and products with some success. Mostly eats fresh or fresh frozen foods from the organic stores.

Me and my sister both have major sensitivity to corn and all corn products. Makes it difficult to eat without the severe gastrointestinal gas and pain and even mood swings. I turn into a raving bitch when I eat corn of any type.

Hey Team! Glad to find out I'm not the only one with a plethora of food allergies. I'm severely allergic to soy, oats, beans, cantaloupe, lettuce, and nuts. I also suffer from Oral Allergy Syndrome. Has anyone ever heard of that? I have allergic reactions similar to hay fever when I eat almost any fruit and some vegetables. My allergies and the OAS really limit my healthy food options, especially healthy snacks. If anyone suffers from the same things and has any good tips, I'd love to hear from you!!!
