I am not new to Sparkpeople, but I am trying to find different substiutions for all of the food allergies that I have. I am allergic to pretty much everything. Here's the list:
peanuts, tree nuts, fish, dairy, soy, wheat,egg, chocolate
I thinks that pretty much it. I kind of work my way around some of them, as the reactions to some are not as bad as others. The first three, I am deathly allergic to. The others I kind of suck it up. I am a label reader because of my food allergies.
I am trying to find different recipes that will help me to remain healthy and keep me alive...lol
