How do I track the jumping jacks? The fitness tracker only has an option for minutes instead of quantity.

Hi. I was a member of this team awhile ago and just joined again. At that time you could opt to have the QF challenge sent to you in a Spark Mail each day. Is that still an option? Thanks!

I've just joined this challenge and today is my first day, but I'm a little confused by the "MAY QUICK WORKOUT" and have a question.

1. Are we challenged to do the complete workout everyday in May or is it just one item a day minimum?

Am I supposed to the shadow boxing and the other exercise? and if so how many of the other option am i supposed to do total for the day?
