I'm currently reading about carb cycling and have no experience as of yet. The book suggests cycle of high-low-high-low-high-low-cheat day and then start over with that cycle. Or maybe you've not given it enough time...I don't know...Hope things start going "down" for you soon.

So I've been trying carb cycling for the past two weeks and my weight hasn't changed.
I have three strict low carb days, then one high carb day and then two low carb days followed by another high carb day. I've also been counting my calories on sparkpeople and working out 3 to 4 times a week between 50 to 90 mins (zumba, kickboxing, circuit training/weight lifting).
I don't know what to do...so any advice would be appreciated....
