I think my major issue is just making sure I buy the right kind of food and that I bring it to work even if I think the drug reps might be catering in meals that day... because sometimes they don't bring anything I can eat!!

day 5 for me .... so far so good. I have started excercising but not by the book... just treadmill and a little strength training. My only challenge so far is finding more meal ideas like the ones in the book. Although I'm putting together some of my own, I'm hoping to find more so I have a better variety. Any challenges on your end?
Hi Photogrrl... I just finished the book also and on my 2nd day today. The book and concept of carb cycling makes sense so I'm anxious to try this. Good luck with this! I am trying to find more info or other books on it so if I do, I'll post here.
