I picked the title freshmeat for a couple different reasons, the first being that I am now only eating low fat meats and secondly because I have never tried anything like this before and this is DAY 1. Would love to meet a few people and learn some recipes because everything I am making right now seems pretty plain and bland. Which I know will cause me to fail off the wagon.
