Hi! I'm officially starting tomorrow with a 3 month carb cycling plan based on the Chris Powell book Choose to Lose. Has anyone else read this? It's an every other day high/low cycle that sounds fairly easy to stick to. I've been warming up for the last 3 days with low/high carbs and eating every 3 hours which has been the biggest challenge. I figure if this works well and I see some decent results I may tweak it to a 3:1 ration that it seems most people here adhere to.
