Thank you so much. I am doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer - Your 12 Week Transformation Plan. I know in phase#3 she want us to be doing carb cycling. Right now i am one phase#1 week 4th tomorrow. I am looking forward to know you all. I am going to read all those helpful links on this board.
The message boards have some great ways to start. Here is one that I found to be most helpful, espcially when starting out so you don't have that burn-out from doing low carb...

Hi Everyone! I'm new to this group and I have NO idea of where or how to start?! Any tips/ideas advice?
I am endomorphs and carb-sensitive. I learned that CARBS are my problem. They make me hungry, tired, and crave more. Looking forward to get to know you all and this way of eating too.
