Hi All! I'm new to carb cycling and have been researching it for a while. For the last several months I've been following a modified version of the Sonoma Diet Plan - it has worked well, but I've gotten bored with it and need to switch it up. I've decided to try carb cycling/tapering starting this month. This team has given me a lot of great info to get started, and I'm looking forward to staying tuned on how others are progessing to help keep me on point for the holidays.
