I wake up every day with the realization that this is it, that there's only one shot at this life and I can either enjoy the ride and live it to its fullest and to my highest potential or I can stay the way I am.
I am looking into Carb Cycling as a way to improve my eating habits and loose weight. I haven't started yet, but have done low carb dieting before. Is carb cycling a way of eating regularly? I know I need to make permanent changes to the way I eat and want to make sure that I find one that fits me.
