Hi,
My name is Sheila and have been reading about carb cycling and am ready to get started soon. I have
done a successful low-carb before (Kimkins) only to gain it back because I did not stay low carb. That time the weight just vanished. This time the scale isnt moving. It did move on raw veggies or Kimkins. I feel lighter due to exercise but the scale is stuck at 208. I am so glad I found this team because from what I read so far, the information is clear and the team seems to be very supportive.
I look forward to meeting you all here.
