The important thing is that you keep starting again! Try to set smaller goals to work toward your bigger goal. This makes it much more manageable.

Hi, I am trying to get started again. I keep falling off when I start but I hope to stay strong this time. I am going to try to set a goal of logging on at least every evening. pray for me pls
