I too am just gathering info on it, for fuure use. I mostly count protein these days, aiming for 100g + per day. I hit it every day, so soon will move the focus to carbs

I just became a member of this team. I am actively trying to cycle my carbs in hopes that I will see some results. Yesterday was a wash for me! I was very bad. Starting new today!
