Hi everyone I've got some good information from this team and used it when I needed to lose the last 2 kgs (4 pounds).

I have decided to do a final plateau bust over the next 4 weeks to lose 2kgs (4 pounds) before I go on holiday on 5th June - who is with me?!?!?!

This will get me to the low end of my maintenance range what I call my buffer zone lol and I will be all ready for my holiday, starting today!

I'm following the BFFM carb cycling program as posted by one of our Team Leaders MEB0810 - thanks :) In the general discussion forum called "BFFM on Carb Cycling".

Feel free to join in and we can post each other tips and tricks - Lets go!
