Hi everyone my name is Nicole and I am new to carb cycling. I have done Atkins before, now my dr. thinks that carb cycling would work better for me. I already workout most days through the week but have not been able to lose anymore weight. I am good at motivting everyone else but not always myelf. I am looking forward to meeting some of you and hopefully making this work.

My name is Myisha or Mya for short, I am so ecstatic to have joined this team. I have been looking for a group that had a low carb concept to help inspire me to try to loose the weight. I have been losing about .5 pounds per week. I am seeking a program that may help me get off this weight loss plateau! I am looking forward to being an active member of this team!
