Cool! I still give Atkins props for an amazing WOL & motivation for me. I don't think carb cycling is a thing to do for lifetime, but it makes you feel better psychologically about "cheating". Because if you cheat or mess up just make it your carb up day,lol

I'm doing a high, low & no plan right now. Of course, the "no" days still get about 20 carbs from the veggies and protein supplements. I've done Atkins before and lost 40 pounds, but this is much better for me and I never feel deprived or hungry....in fact, sometimes I have to make myself eat!

Hi everyone! I'm 24, just had a baby 6 months ago. I've lost 68lbs in those 6 months, but have hit a road block. I did a fast to get to 150 (stayed there for 4 days in a row) and then ate a lot of carbs yesterday. Whoops. Well, i've taken that mistake & am starting my carb cycling. Yesterday was my carb up day ;) today, tomorrow, and next day will be my carb down days. I will wait for my weight to be the same (no loss) for two days then repeat. Wish me luck. This morning my weight was 153.6 (bad binge Rachel!).
