Hi Andrea! Welcome to the team! Carb cycling is a great way to lose weight. There are a few different ways and you can find them on the threads. But I do want to mention that if you keep your food clean (lean proteins, whole fruits and veggies, whole grains, non-processed foods), the weight will come off even quicker. Keep us posted! ~Mary
Carbs don't like me. If I eat 200 grams each day and workout hard I will not lose an ounce. But when I eat like 100-150 I lose weight. I would like to trick my body so I have decided to do carb cycling. I am looking forward to this program.....
