I thought I would start with the hi,medium, low cycle. I'll let you know how it works. I know I'll have to tweak it some before I get it right, but I think it will be the most tolerable option for me right now.

Motivation is what gets you started...habit is what keeps you going.



Don't be a hostage of yesterday, be in command of tomorrow!



Build upon strengths,...and weaknesses will gradually take care of themselves....

Hi! I tried doing carb cycling w/ 5 days low and 1 day high and had a hard time. Started feeling real tired too. I am now doing 3 days low, 1 day high and it seems to be working great. I don't hit that low I was before and I am losing fat w/o losing muscle.

Hi I am a newbie! I have recently been introduced to carb cycling and have been doing a lot of studying on the subject. And I think it is a lifestyle I can live with. I always have a hard time doing any diet that cuts carbs dramatically over a long period because I tend to fixate on the ones I miss and make myself miserable. Anyway, just wanted to say hello and I'm really excited about trying this!
