So, tell my how you cycle your carb days?
I'm on day 2 of eating less than 100. Yesterday I had 96. Today I'll be around 90.
I plan to do a low day tomorrow, around 170.
Then a high day of 200-250.
Then back to 2 low days.
Now, after reading more I suppose I would be on day 2 of "no carb" days because my only carbs have been from fruit/veg sources. I guess tomorrow I go to a low day and then a high day? If you've had success with cycling could you post here if I'm completely of the mark.
I'm new to this, so if you have any suggestions, I'm open. Thanks.
