I have just started a new regimine this week. I will be eating low carbs (60g) for 3 days and then high carbs for 1 day. Then I will start over again. My macros are 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat for both my high and low days.
I'm on day 2 of eating less than 100. Yesterday I had 96. Today I'll be around 90.
I plan to do a low day tomorrow, around 170.
Then a high day of 200-250.
Then back to 2 low days.
Now, after reading more I suppose I would be on day 2 of "no carb" days because my only carbs have been from fruit/veg sources. I guess tomorrow I go to a low day and then a high day? If you've had success with cycling could you post here if I'm completely of the mark.
