Hi there! I just joined as well and so far have had a lot of luck with carb cycling... seems like the thing that I needed to get the fat to move off my body and reveal the layer of awesome muscle I'm building.

Hi, I'm Nance....older than most of you and proof that weight loss is harder at my age than when we are younger by far. Sigh. My doctor insisted at my last diabetic checkup that I lose some of this weight and suggest carb rotation to maybe help get my metabolism shook up. Two days later I found Jayson Hunter who has an online plan and I signed up with him just so I could learn the basics. This was in late January and I am already down 14.8 pounds! Unreal! Color me excited but hungry to learn more about HOW this works. I'll be 64 years old next month...who knew I would still be battling this at this time in my life?!
