Hi, my name is Keely. I have been attempting to live a healthy lifestyle since the beginning of 2000. I do good for the most parts, but have had a few bouts of straying. I got serious with weight lifting and building muscle, and getting proper nutrition since early 2007. Mostly, I have followed a 20-40-40 nutrition plan of 20% fats, 40% carbs, and 40% protein, but my bf, who is a personal trainer, has started carb cycling and I have been reading more about it as well... So this past week, I have been giving it a whirl and have seen positive results so far.
I have a 9 year old daughter, and currently am running the Parents of Tweens Team, so if you have kids between the ages of 7-12, please check it out, you might find it useful.
