I have had a weight problem all my life, I could always lose weight on any diet but always gained it back. until I discovered low carb.
I have been a low carber for over 6 years now! I lost most of my weight ( 120pounds all together) on low carb. The South Beach Diet was my first carb controlled plan.
I have since cut my carb intake even more, using Protein Power and Atkins Diabetic Solution as my bibles.
I have recently been looking at the TNT diet, thinking carb cycling would be an interesting experiment.
Right now I am over my goal weight as a result of a few months of carb indulging as I watched my father die.
The only real failure is quitting!
