I think that is a common thing- getting really excited for those little weight losses. Well, before i was eating unhealthy AND not exercising. Now that I exercise I can afford to eat unhealthy sometimes- WRONG. but it feels so good! and RIGHT after you finish eating that meal.. you say DAMN IT!
My husband adores me - no matter what my size. I have to do it for myself- I want to be able to lose weight, and shop at ANY store I want to!! Not just Lane Bryant, Torried, Avenue, etc.
When I get pregnant, I don't want people to have to wait till the 8th month for me to show because I already have a big belly! and I want to look cute in maternity clothes! lol
Good luck to you all ladies! We can do it! :)
Eyes on the prize!
First Baby! It's a boy!
I have the same issue Susan. I get proud of the small victory of a few pounds lost and "cheat" as a reward...obviously counter productive. I love doing those outdoorsy things too such as camping and kayaking, however the stamina is not there alot of the time. I understand what you are going through, I look to my husband for motivation and he gives in to me too much so that is not much help either. I need a buddy that will push me. I am great at getting him to lose weight, I just wish it was the other way around! :)

Hi! My name is Susan. I'm 28, married for eight years, have PCOS, and have been trying to conceive for nearly eight years. I get very frustrated, but I don't want to give up. I start out strong with my diet and exercise, but then I always slack off after I've lost ten or so pounds. I need someone to help keep me on track. :)
A little about me--I love connecting with new people, I have three dogs (pug, German shepherd, minpin), I teach English and work in a library, I love to read, I have a motorcycle, and I love to hike/bike/kayak/being outdoorsy. The problem is--I can kayak for four hours, burn over 1000 calories...and then manage to eat twice that in one sitting. I'm a bit of an overcompensater. Oops!
I'm looking forward to making new friends! :)
