Just want to say this first and that I absolutely LOVE living in Oregon. The weather is amazing and makes for interesting times of doing something fun w/ the family. So much energy and great places.
Hello, I just recently turned 39 and realized that I still weigh just under 300 lbs. I have been fighting to drop below 270 and can't seem to get there. I know that I am not a very motivated person to do anything that I don't want to.
I am married to a Mexican and we have 3 kids; 16yr old boy and 4 yr old girl twins. So my day to day life is busy and right now VERY stressful. My girls put me thru the ringer every day.
I am wanting to work on my weight most of all but then my stress, sleep, and parenting skills. I do great starting out but then something happens in my life and I slip back. then it is harder to get started again. I can't afford to do the whole package of loosing weight and hoping that this will kick start me into it.
I am planning on going on a Ladies Retreat in April and would love to loose at least 30lbs and feel good about it. But I can only do what I can push myself to do.
With the Good Lord's help, I will get to where I need to go.
