Welcome. My suggestion is to do a lot of reading of the great articles within Spark. Make a plan of action and consistently complete Fitness and Nutrition tracking pages. I have signed into Spark every day since 2009 and run down the "SparkPoints" list and complete every line. It is a great roadmap to help keep me on track.

Hi I am new here and trying to find a bit of motivation...ok ALOT of motivation lol.. I am 39 turning 40 in March. I would love any advice to get me going.. I have already cut out all soda and started to exercise more, I also have depression that really makes things hard. I guess I just need advice from others in the same boat..Thanks
