I'm new to Spark People and just like every one of YOU have some personal life and fitness goals. After five plus years of being in a field where being sedentary, traveling, and eating restaurant food is 'part of the job' - my middle has paid the price. Being a Dressage rider part time, having a strong body and mind is a must. So, here I am....committing to being my best self!
