Hi fellow Oregonians,
I just joined Spark People TODAY! My daughter told me about it and I've been busy checking everything out. I am a Montanan turned Oregonian (for the past 3.5 years) and I love it here. Over the past 5 years, I slowly managed to lose over 30 pounds, but have been stuck for quite some time, gaining and losing about 10 pounds each time. I am hoping by joining this on line site, I can get useful tips, find encouraging people, and reach my goal of losing 35 pounds this year!
