Hi, my names Katrina, but you can call me Kat. I have been big (overweight) since the eighth grade. After high school I went through substance abuse and consequently the only time I have weighed what I'm suppose to weigh. Anyway, that was a long time ago; I am now 29 and have decided I don't want to be big anymore. I'm about 50 pounds overweight and I want to lose it. My goal is to lose 20 pounds by my birthday on June 1st. I need help staying accountable and setting a schedule. Luckily I am taking classes through school to help me get in shape. I am doing Pilates 4 times a week and misc. 3 more times a week. Anyone in the area? Glad to have Spark People to help me through it!
