Hi: I just joined in Beaverton. Self employed, still unpacking after 9 months and getting organized with book keeping, building business, but all my excuses are gone now since I work from home. Bathroom, kitchen, yard, chickens, garden, lack of bus ride while working means I have all the tools I need right here. I read that losing weight slowly gives our skin a chance to shrink up and not hang after weight loss. Really guys I haven't seen anywhere I have searched that they can guarantee that works for someone over sixty. You younger folk sure it makes sense but my skin doesn't have that elasticity any more. I will drink more water, take my omega 3's and other essential fatty acids since that is what I have seen recommended, but no where can I read that for my age I can lose fifty more pounds and be assured that any of the excess skin will shrink back. Anyone have any luck with skin shrinkage?
