Welcome! This is a great site with tons of really useful tools to help you along your way. I especially like the food tracker, it's a bit time consuming at first as you build your favorites list but once that's past it is a quick and informative way to really see what you're eating. Check the reports often as well, they can give you a really close look at your nutrition. The Teams are great too, I've had lots and lots of encouragement from the folks here on Spark and they have helped me over some bumps in the road! So welcome again and good luck!
