I too have trouble waiting a week, it's that instant feedback I want. I know I have to change my mindset about that, weight loss isn't an instant process!! I weigh in on Saturdays so today my husband and I are planning a hike up the McKenzie somewhere or maybe just around here in Eugene! Loving the cool morning today too!!

Swam for 100 minutes today. Did some general swimming and then worked on laps for the swim challenge that I signed up for. Very hot today near Salem; at least for me. :) I am not a hot weather person. I am trying to ignore the scale until next Thursday. My goal is to weigh once a week. For some reason this is always difficult for me. Perhaps because I always want instant feedback. So for now, I will rely on feeling leg and arm muscles that I haven't felt in a long time. Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
