Welcome! I am 40 and I wish I would have made the commitment at 20! If your into weight lifting at all I highly recommend CrossFit. It gives the results you are looking for and the workouts are so worth it not to mention the amount of comradarie in the sport! Otherwise, expirement until you find an activity you love and will continue do regularly! Here's to you and better health! Cheers!

Welcome to the team. Sounds like you have already made a commitment do do something about what you want. All you really need is some goals and a plan on how to get there. Consistency is the key and logging in your fitness and nutrition. It is good to know your numbers as well, BNI, BMR, etc.

So, my name is Katie; I'm 20 years old. The reason I signed up for this site is because I wanna change some of my ugly life habits that will likely kill me before I'm 40. My boyfriend Zach is on his way to becoming a Navy SEAL and I don't want to feel out of place in this high intinsity community. I'm not really interested in losing weight or dress sizes, just body fat percentage. I wanna be one of those old people who's more fit than 20 year olds! But, I have a huge problem with commitment to work out schedules and diets and allathat. Here's hoping i can stick with this!
