Welcome to the group. There are many articles that can help you get over the plateau. One that I have used is the Zig-Zag method and changing my workout routine. As for going Vegan that may be an issue when you are starting. Your body may be adjusting to different foods. There are articles for Vegan diets as well that show the positive and negative effects of the body and metabolism.
