Welcome to the group. There are many articles that can help you get over the plateau. One that I have used is the Zig-Zag method and changing my workout routine. As for going Vegan that may be an issue when you are starting. Your body may be adjusting to different foods. There are articles for Vegan diets as well that show the positive and negative effects of the body and metabolism. Good luck on your goals.

Just a quick intro to introduce myself to hopefully some new Spark buddies. I am joining today in hopes of getting past the plateu I have recently hit. I have lost 35 lbs but still have many more to go. I am juicing and trying to go vegan. Would love a buddy or encouragment. I am a little nervous because I am at a weight where I have quit so many times before.. so it is a bit of a mental challenge too.
