Hi, my name is Cassi and I just joined SparkPeople. I am hoping to lose about 35 pounds to reach my weight goal. I am trying to lose the weight that I gained from having my first baby. He is 6 months old and is my first baby. Before I was pregnant I weighed 135 pounds. By the time I gave birth I weighed 175 pounds. I now weigh 168 pounds and hate the way that I look. I am hoping that by joining SparkPeople that I can get on track and get back to the weight I was before I was pregnant.
