hey everyone, my name is bryan and im 23 years old. im on here because i want to keep track of my calorie intake and build the best body i possibly can abs and all!!! i really want to set a great example for my family. =) im married and i have a 9 month old daughter. but back on topic, i just want to be in my best health ever!
