The name does fit. A variation of night owl.
I have been on SP for four years and still have not learned everything or seen everything. I make sure to log on for ten minutes everyday to connect and keep my head focused on good health. It also is a nice distraction for when I am craving something, I don't need to eat.
Give yourself permission to discover everything slowly. Many people who are used to Facebook or My Space have difficulty with the format. But since I started with this site, it is my favorite. I also like that it is all about health and positive thinking and acting.
It has been awhile since I have messed with my ticker, but if you don't figure it out over your next break, I will hunt for a tutorial link for you. Just let me know.
