I am having a craving/gluttony issue. I did buy veggies for juicing so hope I can reverse the trend quickly.
You know when I was about four all my dolls were named Julie, Julia, Judy. Then at age 10-15, the cats and horses were named Juniper, Jeremiah, Jericho and Gypsy. Do you see a theme here? Luckily I got past my J sound obsession before I started having children, besides my Sis named her daughter Julie.
Day 7: Met my goal for the week! Did a SP toning/strength training video 6 out of 7 days (today did 10 min crunchless core workout) Ate no more than 1550 calories 4 out of 7 days (that's my toughest challenge)
I wish I had dogs to take on walks! Your post made me giggle! :) Jula is for Julie Ann (first and middle names)and PDX is for Portland. I'm surprised that I was even able to come up with something so creative! heheheh.
Day 6, Saturday: Ate right at my limit - 1550 calories, and did an upper body SP video. Yay!
I need more veggies again. Dogs and I lapped park and also walked in the dog park today.
Your SP name is kind of fun. I have been playing license plate games since I was a kid, making up words or phrases from the letters. So, I am guessing the JU or JULA has to do with Julie, the PDX on the end could be Portland, but there is an LAPD in the middle, so that could be Los Angeles Police Department. It could just be random letters to your middle and last name. Anyway, it has been fun playing with the letters.
I spent about two hours moving boxes up and down two flights of stairs. I slept like a baby. Nothing as satisfying as getting a good work out at the same time as doing something productive. Must be why I liked shoveling the barn as a kid.
The squashes made a nice addition to the mean green. Something I will do again. I am eating regular food in addition to juicing now. Three days would have been sufficient for the juicing. Five days was too long. I messed up my metabolism. Now I will have to fight to get it back in order.
I am trying something new, starting today. I will post what my weekly goals are. I'm tired of beatin' around the bush with my weight loss! I can do the cardio, but I need to commit to more strength training and less calories!
