It seems the more I workout the better I was eating. I recommend spending some time looking around the site and tailoring your program so that it will fit your lifestyle. You can create workouts, join a fitness group, find recipes and manage your budget all from this site. The biggest bonus is that will get the shared knowledge of all who post on the site and honest opionions of what may or may not work for some. Hello, I'm Chelsea. I'm from McMinnville and I'm in my third year of college, hoping to get into the Nursing program through Chemeketa next year. In January, I started feeling especially crummy about myself and saw pictures from a trip my family had taken over the summer to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon and realized that I didn't want to look like that anymore. I'm turning 21 in mid/late June and don't want to look back at those pictures when it's supposed to be one of those special turning points in life. So, I've set a goal to be 135 pounds in about 4 months! Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can get there? :)
