One of the motivating factors for me is logging-in and going to "SparkPoints". I fill in what I can in the morning and finish in the evening. I always do the "Trivia QuiZ" and most of the time the regular quiz. Spark emails me the "Best of Spark" that have articles to read and gives you points.. Going for the points helps give me a road-map for activities and get my mind focused for the day.
Welcome to the team. The trick to managing Spark People is to log on at least once a day for ten minutes and search the site for interesting articles, threads etc. I think people get overwhelmed and don't know how to get off the site, so then skip several days, then drop out. Just the act of spending a little time each day helps to keep the momentum of a healthy lifestyle in the front of your mind.
