One of the motivating factors for me is logging-in and going to "SparkPoints". I fill in what I can in the morning and finish in the evening. I always do the "Trivia QuiZ" and most of the time the regular quiz. Spark emails me the "Best of Spark" that have articles to read and gives you points.. Going for the points helps give me a road-map for activities and get my mind focused for the day.
