Great advice! having kids is something i blamed my weight gain on.
I would use treats tor eward them for good behavior and they were not the healthiest. And guess who took most of the treats??/ yeppers me. My daughter later said a few years ago "Mom I wish you would ahve prepared more healthy foods as I was growing up" I can just see rewarding ehr with carrot nd celery sticks...

Hello, I'm 45 and have been gaining or losing weight since I've been 21. I'd love to be able to maintain at a happy weight. I'm about 20 lbs from my first goal and another 15 from my final goal. I've been married almost 25 years, have 3 kids and with the youngest in college we're now empty nesters. I love sports and outdoor activities. I also love good food with a good wine.
